We ship all of our products worldwide, although different shipping rates apply depending on the destination country.
Your orders are received by our courier twice a week, this is usually on Tuesday and Saturday but these days could change at any time due to closure or delays. Rest assured as your order will be dispatched within 3-4 days depending on which day in the week you order, as this does not include weekends.
You can only track the journey of your order if you selected a tracked service at checkout, which you can do via the tracking details on your order dispatchment email.
We use Royal Mail for all orders as they are the most reliable, but we may soon be changing to Hermes.
Depending on the destination country, you may incur import or customs charges which are your responsibility and failure to pay said charges will result in your order being sent back to us.
If your order is sent back to us due to it being unclaimed for unknown reasons, then you will be refunded for your order excluding shipping to your original payment method.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not accept PayPal payments, this is due to issues with fraudulent orders in the past. You can see what payment options we currently take at the bottom of the site.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer Klarna but we are in the process of accepting Clearpay instalments.
Yes we do! All you need to do is head to our CONTACT US page and select 'I want to use Blue Light discount' from the dropdown menu, fill in the form and a team member will get back to you with steps on how to verify your discount.
We are sure you will absolutely love your purchase but if you don't then our policy lasts 14 days, which means that if 14 days have passed since your original purchase date, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be able to return your product, it must be in the same non-damaged condition as when it was received and also in the same un-opened packaging, unless the product is defective and this is the reason for the refund.
Remember to have your proof of purchase handy as this will be needed to process your return, this will be your invoice that was sent in your package or the order confirmation sent to your email.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product and these costs are unfortunately not refundable or covered by us. We also highly recommend using a tracked service to cover for any loss or damage during transit, as this is out of our control.

You will only find our products here on www.georgiecosmetics.com. If you happen to see our products being sold elsewhere, we ask that you do not purchase them as they could be fake and damaging to the skin. Please let us know straight away here so we can get the product removed to keep you safe.

We are and always have been dedicated to testing on ourselves instead of innocent animals. Our founder @GEORGIE is publicly against animal testing and has been for over 5 years.
Our passion is to make products accessible to everyone and that includes the ingredients too, we love our vegan customers and we want them to enjoy our products just like everyone else. Since launching we have only used non-animal derived ingredients and we will continue to do so.
