We are sure you will absolutely love your purchase but for any reason you don't then our policy lasts 14 days, which means that if 14 days have passed since your purchase date then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be able to return your product(s) it must be in the same non-damaged condition as when it was received, and also in the same non-damaged packaging. Remember to have your proof of purchase as this will be needed to process your return, this will be your invoice that was sent in your package or to your email. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product(s) and these costs are unfortunately not refundable or covered by us. We also recommend using a tracked service if sending items that total up to and over the value of £50 to cover for any loss or damage during transit.
THE REFUND PROCESS
When we have received your returned product(s) to our head office and it has been inspected by one of our team members for usage, we will send you an email to let you know if you are eligible for a refund and if you aren't then what the next steps will be. In most cases when you are not eligible for a refund, we will cover the cost of the shipping to send you the product(s) back. If your refund request has been approved then you will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
